Open Access Policy

P-ISSN: 3117-5589 | E-ISSN: 3117-5597

Believers Medical Journal is committed to the open and unrestricted dissemination of scholarly knowledge in medicine, healthcare, public health, and allied health sciences. The journal follows an open-access publishing model under which all published articles are made freely available online through the journal website immediately after publication.

Readers may access, read, download, and share published articles without subscription charges, paywalls, or registration requirements. The journal believes that free access to scientific and medical research supports evidence-based practice, medical education, clinical decision-making, public health awareness, and the wider advancement of healthcare knowledge.

Open access allows researchers, clinicians, healthcare professionals, educators, students, policymakers, and members of the public to benefit from current scholarly findings regardless of their institutional affiliation, geographical location, or financial resources. By removing barriers to access, Believers Medical Journal aims to improve the visibility, reach, and academic impact of the research published in the journal.

All articles accepted for publication are published as part of the relevant journal issue after completion of the editorial evaluation, peer-review process, revision requirements, copyediting, proofreading, and final approval. The journal does not apply an embargo period to published content.

The open-access status of an article does not affect the journal’s editorial independence or peer-review standards. All manuscripts are evaluated on the basis of originality, scientific quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, clarity, relevance, and contribution to medical and healthcare research. Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by an author’s institution, country, professional position, or any publication-related administrative matter.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted work is original and that all required permissions have been obtained for copyrighted material, including figures, tables, illustrations, photographs, questionnaires, and other third-party content. Authors must also ensure that patient confidentiality, informed consent, ethical approval, and applicable research reporting requirements are properly addressed before publication.

Copyright ownership, author rights, and conditions relating to the reuse, distribution, reproduction, adaptation, and citation of published articles are governed by the journal’s Copyright and Licensing Policy. Users of published content must provide appropriate acknowledgment to the original author(s) and Believers Medical Journal in accordance with the applicable licensing terms.

Believers Medical Journal supports responsible, ethical, and transparent open-access publishing. The journal remains committed to making reliable medical knowledge broadly accessible while protecting academic integrity, author rights, and the accuracy of the scholarly record.
